In January 2022, Travis joined Inspire Brands as the Head of Paid and Owned Media. In this role, he oversees all media for the entirety of Inspire Brands portfolio: Arby’s; Baskin-Robbins; Buffalo Wild Wings; Dunkin;’ Jimmy John’s; Sonic; and more. Teams include: paid media (brand + performance planning and buying), owned media (crm (email, push notifications, sms, gift cards, affiliate), and connections planning (audience and comms planning). managing a paid budget of $1.2b+, and a team of ~100, key responsibility is to create demand, and capture it, in a way that is channel agnostic, and most effective for stores. By creating a data + tech-first approach, the team is disrupting the entire restaurant vertical through never-been-done approaches to communication and conversion.
