Employees joined together for a Pride Month Paint N Pour, hosted by RuPaul's Drag Race star Jackie Cox. While indulging in cuisine and drinks from local LGBTQIA+ business, guests created custom designs guided by a Black and Queer-owned art company. The happy hour raised donations that funded 247 crisis services for LGBTQIA+ youth, provided 128 meals for LGBTQIA+ elders, and distributed 43 chest binders nationwide.
Continuing the support for the LGBTQIA+ community, Paramount Advertising and Mindshare co-hosted a National Coming Out Day Volunteer Event in partnership with the Ali Forney Center. Participants decorated and filled tote bags with snacks and created birthday cards to offer encouragement.

InMobi and EssenceMediacom participants were transported from the EssenceMediacom NYC office to the NY CommonPantry on the Givsly Do Bus for a day of volunteering. To celebrate their impact, they celebrated their impact at a nearby happy hour. Together, they sorted 7,000 lbs of produce, prepared and served 500 hot meals, and supplied 3,000 meals full of produce to New Yorkers in need.
The Mindshare NYC team celebrated by combating food insecurity in their city! Teams participated in “The Great Sandwich Race,” racing to prepare SunButter & Jelly sandwiches while a live feed provided real-time updates. At the end, one team was crowned the winner, but everyone contributed to a meaningful cause. A total of 4,000 sandwiches were made and distributed to communities in Harlem and the Bronx.
Sponsored by Pixability, ten Initiative employees nationwide were awarded a $1,000 Pay It Forward grant to empower them to give back by pursuing their unique passions. Givsly arranged thirty-minute discovery meetings with each recipient to explore their interests and offer guidance on how they can make a positive impact on their local community and beyond.
In 2023, Givsly hosted our inaugural "Karaoke for Causes" event, inviting industry executives to take the stage and sing karaoke songs in support of nonprofits. The event amounted to $100,000 in donations. Building on this success, in 2024, the event expanded to Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, set to raise over $200,000 across three nights for nonprofits.
Season Without Swag is the leading industry sustainability holiday campaign. It empowers partners and clients with the choice to forego swag and unwanted holiday gifts in favor of giving back. Running throughout Q4, the campaign offers diverse options for clients to enhance their impact and drive business results during a crucial period for both businesses and communities. The campaign ends with an industry-wide holiday party to celebrate impact and network on Giving Tuesday!
