Belinda Smith
Founder and Global CEO, The Second Arrow
The Second Arrow was founded by Marketing and Inclusion activist Belinda J. Smith. Belinda started her career in consumer marketing at AT&T before traversing many different areas of the industry – including writing detailed technical specifications at the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB). Belinda brings deep practitioner experience in marketing, advertising, and technology into her work with executive teams responsible for driving P&Ls.
While head of worldwide media and global marketing intelligence at Electronic Arts, and later as a media agency CEO, Belinda has honed her approach to creating and leading inclusive, high-performing teams. As a seasoned executive leader Belinda has overhauled the demographics of teams large and small to create balanced and authentic representation rooted in inclusivity that fuel top-line growth.
Today Belinda sits on the board of several cause-related organizations and works closely with primary, secondary, and post-secondary educational programs to teach inclusion as a core leadership and management capability.
