Amy is joining Publicis Groupe as the Chief Revenue Officer in 2025. Previously, Amy Armstrong was the Director of Global Customer Development at Amazon Ads. In this position, Armstrong oversaw the Global Agency and Global Accounts teams.
Before that, Amy spent her career within the IPG network, generating impact in a variety of categories and for an expansive suite of blue-chip brands by operating with a laser-like With more than 20 years of leadership experience at IPG, Armstrong is an accomplished marketer, business builder, and an advertising agency expert. During her tenure at Initiative, the agency received a number of accolades, including being named U.S. Comeback Agency of the Year and a Best Place to Work by Ad Age and U.S. Media Agency of the Year by Adweek. Armstrong was also selected as one of Adweekâs Women Trailblazers in 2021.
