2022 SWS Donation Bins
Season Without Swag is back in its third year as the leading industry sustainability holiday campaign. It gives clients and partners the option to eliminate swag and unwanted holiday gifts and replace it with giving back.
As a part of the campaign, our Givsly swag donation bins are popping back in your offices throughout Q4. These bins look a little different than last year, and for a very special reason. In line with our mission to be more sustainable, we’ve made two big changes. This year, the majority of our bins are made out of wood and screws and are not painted so our bin partners can up-cycle the wood in future projects. We are also using less vinyl this year so there is less waste created from the overall production. It is small changes like these that we can make a big difference together. We encourage our industry to do the same and think about sustainable approaches to this holiday season that provide more meaning to business and communities.
Welcome to Your Givsly Donation Bin
Through the rest of 2022, this donation bin will be in your office to collect in-kind donations of any NEW unwanted swag. As you stop by the office over the next few months, we encourage you to look through your desk and office area and find any unused and unwanted swag or gifts to drop in this donation bin. You can also proactively bring in items from home that you want to donate but they must be NEW and unused.
Here is What You Can Donate
WHAT NOT TO DONATE
- Wine or any alcohol
- Used clothing, drinkware, or notebooks
- Any items with adult language on it
- Food and other perishables
WHAT TO DONATE
- Industry swag clothes – (ex: t-shirts, shorts, sweatshirts, socks)
- Office supplies (ex: pens, pencils, notebooks)
- Beverage items including water bottles, cups, and mugs
- Tech accessories like headphones, speakers, or phone chargers
- Accessories like hats or sunglasses
- Tote Bags or backpacks
- Blankets
- Umbrellas
